Function Motion Co.(“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you use the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you include a production name, we collect that too. This information is sent to us via email and is not stored in a database.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track you across sites. All data is aggregated — we see page views and referral sources, not individual visitors.

What we don’t collect

We do not use cookies. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not sell, share, or otherwise distribute your personal information to third parties. We do not use Google Analytics or any tracking tool that profiles individual visitors.

How we use your data

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry. We may retain your email to follow up on ongoing conversations about a production. We will never add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Contact form emails are delivered via Resend. Content is managed through Sanity. Each of these services has its own privacy policy.
